Before your visit
Once I receive your booking request, you can expect a confirmation text and email within 24 hours. You will also receive a few e-mails from me with a video tour of the building, a form with options to customize your experience, where to park, what to do when you arrive, hair tips and more.
During your visit
When you arrive, just send me a quick text and I’ll greet you at the door. I’ll give you a short tour before we settle into my private suite - your calm, cozy space for the next few hours.
You’ll have a robe to protect your clothes, your drink of choice ready, curated snacks, and full control over the vibe. Whether you want quiet, low-sensory time or a more social appointment, your environment is always customizable.
Before we begin, we’ll have an in-depth consultation. We’ll align on your hair goals, review pricing and timing transparently, and map out not just today’s transformation - but what you want your hair to look like over the next year. Healthy, dimensional color and seamless extensions are built strategically, and I want you to feel clear and confident every step of the way.

After your visit
Before you leave, we’ll go over exactly how to care for your balayage or extensions at home so your investment stays looking effortless for weeks (and months) to come. Healthy, lived-in hair doesn’t happen by accident. I’ll make sure you know exactly how to maintain it.
We’ll snap some before-and-after photos to document your transformation. Watching your hair evolve over a few sessions is one of the best parts. I’ll guide you through everything so it feels natural. No stiff, awkward posing here.
Then we’ll revisit your long-term hair goals and map out your next move - whether that’s maintaining brightness, adding fullness, or adjusting for the season ahead. You’ll receive a text reminder when it’s time to book, plus a detailed at-home care guide you can reference anytime.
