What to expect from your experience at Eden
Before your visit
Once I receive your booking request, you can expect a confirmation text and email within 24 hours. You will also receive a few e-mails from me with a video tour of the building, a form with options to customize your experience, where to park, what to do when you arrive, hair tips and more!
During your visit
Upon arrival, you'll notify me that you've arrived and I will greet you at the door. I'll give you a quick in person tour and then we will head into my suite. You'll have a robe to use to protect your clothes, your drink of choice set up, snacks, and the environmental setting of your choice (low sensory services available always). We will consult on your hair goals before we begin, go over pricing, timing, and what results you want to see from your hair not just today, but over the course of the next year or so.
After your visit
Before you go, we'll walk through how to care for your new look at home. We will snap a few before and after photos as well so we can see how far your hair has come after a few sessions! Don't worry, I'll pose you and give you guidance so it's never awkward. My current guests have grown to love this part, and some even use their photos for dating sites, or headshots now!
Lastly, we will review your hair goals and decide what to book for next time you visit. You'll receive an email reminder for when it's time to book your next appointment as well at an at home care PDF for you to reference any time you may need it.
